Google wants join in on the generative AI agent space, so last week they joined cloud providers Microsoft Azure, and Amazon Web Services (AWS) in rolling out new tools for customers to access, use, deploy, and build atop a range of AI models.

The offering combines advanced AI systems large language models (LLMs) with autonomous functionalities to perform tasks like data analysis, decision-making, and executing actions.

Google Cloud’s new offering is an AI agent ecosystem program called AI Agent Space. It aims to create a comprehensive environment for partners to develop and monetize AI agents on the Google Cloud Platform. This marks a significant step in its AI strategy.

The program provides partners with extensive support from Google’s technical teams, including direct access to product and engineering expertise. Partners can receive guidance on optimizing their AI agents’ performance and implementing best practices. In addition, participants get early access to new AI technologies, setting them up to integrate cutting-edge features into their products.
